
David is a chef totally committed to the production of the best possible food. Trained at Hotel School in England, he gained experience in top London hotels including the Connaught which was part of the Savoy group.Arriving in Australia, David worked for Elsinore Catering at Warrawee, the foremost North Shore catering company at that time, before founding David Hadden Catering in 1979.Working closely with each client to find the appropriate menu to suit both the occasion and the budget, David supervises each function to ensure that the food and service is of the highest standard.
